Return policy

We stand behind everything we sell. If you're not completely satisfied with your order, you may return part or all of it within 30 days of the delivery date.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and in their original condition. Proof of purchase may be required.

Returns are issued as store credit, minus the original shipping charges. Because every shirt is made to order, we are unable to offer cash or credit card refunds.

If a returned item has been worn, washed, damaged, or is otherwise not in its original shipped condition, it will be returned to you and no store credit will be issued.

How to start a return

To initiate a return, contact us at info@6dollarshirts.com and include your order number. Please also download, print, and complete our Return Form and include it with your shipment so we can process it faster.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for returns lost or damaged in transit.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have for store credit, then place a new order for the item you'd like.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
